2020 Drive-thru Santa! 🚗 🎅🏿

During December 2019 the unemployment rate in Miami Dade County was at an all time low of just 1.8 percent. That number more than tripled to 7.4 by November 2020. Imagine being a parent during the holiday season and not knowing how you’re going to provide a gift for your children, in addition to the overwhelming pressure of trying to provide in this financial climate?

We at Generational Cure would like to thank everyone that aided us in making our "Drive Thru Santa, " initiative possible. We were able to provide 700 children with a toy and in exchange they smiled and said thank you as their parent's expressed appreciation.

The lack of financial literacy has been at the forefront of issues in our community long before the COVID-19 pandemic. Because the pandemic has compounded the issue, Generational Cure put together a panel of experts in their perspective fields to help find a cure for our current financial climate.
